She was predeceased by: her parents, Julio Martinez and Virginia Martinez; her husband Fernando Montalvo; her daughter Esperanza Montalvo; and her siblings, Guadalupe Martinez, Juan Martinez, Gregorio Martinez, Felicita Abeldaño, Pascuala Caballero and Ramona Martinez.
She is survived by: her children, Fernando Montalvo, Jr. (Janie) of Weslaco, TX, Cesar Montalvo of Weslaco, TX, Julian Montalvo (Rosa) of Weslaco, TX, Jesus Montalvo (Elisa) of Weslaco, TX, Yoli Perez (Rodolfo) of Michigan and Maria Perez (Jose) of Weslaco, TX; and her siblings, Faustino Martinez of Weslaco, TX, Jesus Martinez of Weslaco, TX and Irene Alaniz of Weslaco, TX.. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren & 7 great-great-grandchildren.
