She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Casey Whitley Damen; and her sister Jacqueline J. Morava. She is survived by: her children, David Whitley (Bonnie) of Laguna Vista, Marlee Schwarz (Gary) of McAllen and Beth Masso (Martin) of Weslaco, Texas.; and her grandchildren, Courtney Mitchell (Ian Christman), Blair Schwarz (Tiffany), Rebecca Hickey (Wes), Jake Masso (Karey), Chad Masso (Paola) and Caroline Taylor (Luke). She is also survived by great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions can be made to the First Presbyterian Church in Weslaco or to the Alzheimer's Association.
