He is survived by: his wife Irene Alaniz of Weslaco, TX; his children, Manuel Alaniz, Jr. of Weslaco, TX, Odilia Alaniz of Weslaco, TX, Olivia Rodriguez of Weslaco, TX and Rubi Mora (Alex) of Weslaco, TX; and his siblings, Armando Alaniz of Weslaco, TX, Domingo Alaniz of Weslaco, TX, Joel Alaniz of Weslaco, TX, Michael Alaniz of Weslaco, TX, Nena Pedraza of Florida, Juanita Balli of Edinburg, TX and Emma Solis of Harlingen, TX.. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren, & 3 great-great-grandchildren.
