She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Richard Tanner and Elizabeth Lugthart Tanner; her husband E. B. Ballard of Fredericksburg; her children, Richard Payne Jahnda, Wayne Moczygemba Sheryl, Duane Parkhurst Loraine and David Turner Beverly; and her close friend Carolyne. She was also cherished by Nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Hill Country SPCA.
