He was predeceased by: his parents, Roberto Rodriguez and Crispina Rodriguez; and his brother Lupe Rodriguez. He is survived by: his children, Jose Luis Rodriguez (Sally), Edgar Rodriguez (Martha) and Edith De Dios; and his brothers, Roberto Rodriguez (Olivia), Raymundo Rodriguez (Irma Mayela), Homero Rodriguez (Juanita) and Meme Rodriguez. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
