He is survived by: his wife Nohemi Tamez of Donna, TX; his children, Jose Manuel Tamez of Edinburg, TX, Josefina Castillo of Pilot Point, TX, Rosa Maria Castillo of Weslaco, TX, Maria Elena Davalos of McAllen, TX, Gloria N. Tamez of Donna, TX and Magdalena Tamez of Donna, TX; and his siblings, Juan Tamez of Weslaco, TX and Cristina Tamez of Weslaco, TX.. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 64 great-grandchildren & 5 great-great-grandchildren.
