He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwin Kilby and Gwen Kilby; and his brother Terry Kilby. He is survived by: his wife Teri C. Kilby; his daughters, Lynda Kilby and Taryn Kilby; his grandchildren, Peyton Poteet, Witten Archer, Kooper Carpenter and Kamryn Carpenter; and his siblings, Hal Kilby and Pamela Kilby Guzman.
