He was predeceased by: his parents, Herminio Gonzalez and Alejandrina Gonzalez (Cavazos); and his son Herminio Miguel Ramirez. He is survived by: his wife Margarita Ramirez; his daughters, Yolanda Penbrook (James) and Leticia Ramirez (Felipe Pruneda); his grandchildren, James Penbrook Jr., Justin T. Penbrook (Lexi), Kristin Penbrook, Luis C. Castillo, Divany A. Pruneda of Felipe, Pruneda, Herminio Miguel Ramirez Jr. and Rafael Ramirez; his great grandchildren, Kalila Ramirez, Michael Penbrook and James Penbrook; and his sister Melba Gonzalez.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the McCaleb Funeral Home (900 W 4th St, Weslaco, TX 78596). A rosary was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
Herminio made significant contributions to Texas Plastics, Region One, and KRGV.
