He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Diane; his children, Christine Forkal (Richard) of Joliet, Tom Cantu (Irma) of Joliet, Mary Beth Engelman (Tim) of Joliet and Gregory Cantu (Jennifer) of Joliet; his stepchildren, Tracy Denton (Tenley) of Channahon, Shirley Acree (Troy) of Louisville and Tina Kilgore of Germany; his grandchildren, Jon (Darcy), Jacqueline, Jessica Forkal, Anthony, Reed, Gwendelyn, Olivia Cantu, Travis (Ali), Genevive, Gavin Denton, Keagan (Aimee), Kae Lynn, Shawn (Allison), Shane Acree (Jaycie) and Levi; his great grandchildren, Beckett, Tucker, Quinn, Leo and Tyler Jane; his brother John Cantu (Vonna) of Joliet; and his pet Sally.
