He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicanor Elizondo and Josepha Juarez. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Carr; his children, Kevin Carr Elizondo, Christopher Elizondo (Samantha), Eric Elizondo, Genisis Carr Elizondo, Maria Anita Ziolkowski (Kevin), Casandra Elizondo and Valeria Elizondo; and his siblings, Esmerelda Elizondo (Lorenzo), Eva Segura (Robert), Elisa Elizondo and Eloy Elizondo (Marilyn). He is also survived by 23 grandchildren.
