It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsiebel Kasch-Noe (Weslaco, Texas), who passed away on January 15, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred R. Long and Rilla W. Long (Harvey); her husbands, Clarence F. Kasch and Ed Noe; and her sister Wilma Peggs.

She is survived by: her children, Linda S. Parr (Tim) of Alamo, Texas and Dennis L. Carver (Sherry) of Goldendale, Washington; her grandchildren, Ryan Carver (Tammy) of Meridian, ID, Lindsey Crawford (Tony) of Seattle and Dacia Paganelli (Ryan) of Tacoma, Washington; her niece Sandy A. Peggs (Marsha Borders) of Atlantic, Iowa; and her nephew Fred L Peggs (Darlene) of Oconomowoc. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
