She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Barber and Lillie Crocket; her husband James D. Cook; her son James Cook (Jimmy); and her sisters, Louise Daughtry and Emma Jean Dozier.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Cook (Amanda), Connie Graham (Henry) and Kathee Cook. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
