He was predeceased by: his parents, Cruz Vasquez Sr. and Irene Fox Vasquez; his grandparents, Diego, Inez Vasquez, David and Isabel Fox; and his siblings, Efren Vasquez, Noe Vasquez, Diego Vasquez and Lile Vasquez.
He is survived by: his children, Brinda and Mark Anthony (Samantha); his wife Livia Vasquez; his son Jay Dee Sr. (Veronica); his grandchildren, Mikaela (Logan Becker), Jay Dee Jr. and Sky Vasquez; and his siblings, Jose (Otila), Herminia Lopez, Elvira Flores and Nora Martinez (Guadalupe). He is also survived by 9 siblings.
