It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ciro Mendoza (Weslaco, Texas), who passed away on March 13, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Sr. Mendoza and Carlota Mendoza (Olvera); his daughter Angelica Maria (Margarito Guerrero); and his brother Francisco Mendoza Jr.. He is survived by: his family Weslaco; his wife Jane Miranda; his children, Patricia Maria Cardenas (Javier) and Ciro Mendoza Jr. (Yuri G.); his grandchildren, Javier Cardenas Jr. (Sarah), Jonathon Raul Cardenas (Karla), Angelique Nicole Trevino (Ethan), Jacqueline Marie Briseno (Jeremias), Angie Mae Mendoza, Patty Marie and Robert Lee; and his siblings, Ofelia Cano (Norberto), Amador Mendoza (Elvira), Santana Mendoza (Maria), Eleazar Mendoza (Ofelia), Martín Mendoza (Damari) and Omar Vega (Connie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
