He is survived by: his wife Norma Miller; his sons, Aaron Forest (Leslie) of Waverly, Randy Forest (Melissa Trewin) of Waterloo and Kelly Forest (Corrisa Jones) of Clarksville; his grandchildren, Xander, Stone, Max, Harrison, Graham, Alex and Avery; his sister Marian Francis; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Henrich (Harley), Dennis Miller (Sharon) and Gordon Miller.
