He is survived by: his children, Cecilio Navarro, Jr., Joe Navarro (Maria Guadalupe), Brenda Olivarez (Benito), Irma Linda Garza (Orlando) and Olivia Maria Castillo (Marcos); and his siblings, Rosendo Navarro, Eziquel Navarro (Juana), Daniel Navarro (Dora), Joel Navarro (Diamond), Juan Navarro, Guadalupe Lara (Alejandro), Ruth Gonzalez (Felix), Lydia Lopez (Rene) and Noemi Salazar (Jose). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
