Fields (Shanna) of Mount Olive, IL; his grandchildren, Nicholas Jones (Erin), Ian Fields (Hailey) of Tracey, Dakota Fields of Edwardsville, IL, Logan Fields (Elizabeth) of Butler and Caitlyn Fields of Columbia, MO; his great grandchildren, Dalton, Case and Asa Jones of Monroe, Iowa; his stepmother Helen Carden of Sullivan Mo; and his siblings, Steve Fields (Pam) of St Louis Mo and Rita Fields.
