It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Lackey of Weslaco, Texas, who passed away on September 2, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Lackey and Rosie Balleu Lackey; his wife Judy; and his siblings, Huey, Bill, Louis, Joe, Charles Lackey, Rosie Mahrick, Ruby Harrison and Mae Walker.
He is survived by: his children, John (Melissa Lackey), Lissa Hartley and Mindy Kaase; his grandchildren, Corey (Allison Hartley), Krissa (Robb Maddox), Kyle (Monica Kaase), Bryan (Skye-Lynn Kaase), Kevin (Hanna Hartley), Rachel Lackey, Michelle (Alex Cosart), Calvin (Jody Lackey) and Austin Lackey; and his great grandchildren, Amelia Lackey, Hayes Kaase, Ashtyn Lackey, Emmett Kaase, Kaiser Kaase, Hartley Maddox, Hudsyn Maddox, Ellie Hartley, Emery Hartley, Weston Pinckard and Mack Hartley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
