It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ausencio Rodriguez of Weslaco, Texas, who passed away on January 27, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cresencio Rodriguez and Macrina Rodriguez; his wife Juventina Rodriguez; and his sister Carmen Rodriguez. He is survived by: his children, Mariano Rodriguez (Maria), Felipe Rodriguez (Rosa Elia), Gregorio Rodriguez (Esperanza), Hector Rodriguez and Maria Angelica Rodriguez (Ricardo); and his siblings, Valentin Balderas, Juan Balderas, Antonio Rodriguez, Senovia Rodriguez and Juana Rodriguez. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, numerous nephews and nieces.
