He was predeceased by: his parents, Leona Goodwin (Grayson) and Guy Goodwin; his wife Linda P. Goodwin; his son Ricky Goodwin; and his brother Shirley Ray Goodwin.
He is survived by: his sons, Donnie (Stephanie Goodwin) of Wells and Mitchell Goodwin of Wells; and his grandchildren, Heather Loving, Dusty (Diana Goodwin), Ashley Meaux (Mikel Tatum), Colby Landers, River Goodwin, Stormie (J. R. Allen), Bryar (Kelsey Goodwin) and Ricky Goodwin. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives and friends.
