Smith and Carson Andrew Smith; her stepchildren, Michael York, James Bryan York (Nancy), Carl Anthony York (Sandra) and Melanie Hartsfield; her grandchildren, Cayden Smith, Seth York, Scott Hartsfield, Makenzie Smith, Ann York, Jade Hartsfield, Lauren York, Abigail York and Hillary Fontenot; her sisters, Janic Truett and Mary Moore; and her sister-in-law Carolyn Goodwin.
