He is survived by: his children, Christi James of Pollok, Michael Jacobs of Pollok and Joseph; his daughter-in-law Shannon Jacobs of Pollok; his son Jonathan; his daughter-in-law Elizabeth Creel of Hudson; his son Charles; his daughter-in-law Angela Jacobs of Katy; his father H. C. Jacobs of Wells; his sister Pam; his brother-in-law Robert Kalka of Wells; his sister Belinda; his brother-in-law Kenneth Smith of Pollok; and his close friends, Todd and Melanie Pounds. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
