He was predeceased by: his brothers-in-law, Mignon Brewer and Douglas Durham; and also Hollis Brewer. He is survived by: his wife Hazel Pitts (Durham) of Wells; his daughters, Dayna Michele Burch (Thomas) of Wells and Dena Marie Perez (David) of Wylie; his granddaughters, Kaley Michele Burch of Wells and Arianna Marie Perez of Wylie; his nieces and nephews, Hollie Price (Johnny) of Porter, Amy Pruitt of Longview, Charla Wyatt of Burkburnett, Wayne Brewer (Sandy) of Porter, Tommy Durham and Doug Durham; and his siblings-in-law, William Durham of Wells and Janie Durham of Wells. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
