He is survived by: his children, Robert Donald Carter of Wells and Briley Carter (Amanda) of Wells; his siblings, Dustin Wes Carter of Wells and Christen; his brother-in-law Clint Creel of Mount Enterprise; his sister Tristen; his brother-in-law Bradley Henson of Hudson; and his sister DeAnna R. Carter of Nacogdoches. He is also survived by cousins, numerous nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, family and friends.
