She is survived by: her husband Gerald Macalik of Wellington; her children, Glen Henry Lewis (Marie) of Childress, Tim Lewis of Little Elm and Regina Lewis of Little Elm; her sister-in-law Sandra Motsenbocker of Wellington; her grandchildren, Courtney Lewis of Altus, Bryce Lewis of Little Elm and Ty Lewis of Little Elm; and her great grandchild Wren Lewis of Altus. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
