He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hobker "Hob" and Lucinda Catherine Hurt Adams; his siblings, J. C., Herman, Raymond, Fletcher, Franklin, Pearl and Verna Sue; and his stepsons, Mike Barjenbruch and Robert Riddle.
He is survived by: his son Larry Adams of Wellington; his sister Betty McNeil of Amity, AR; his stepdaughter Phyllis Dye (Gary) of Wellington; and his grandchildren, Cole of Wellington, Sawyer Adams of Wellington and Kylee Adams of Pampa. He is also survived by 19 step grandchildren; 11 step great grandchildren; 3 step great-great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and his extended family.
