It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Minister Fredonia Wartrenia Hunnicutt of Wellington, Texas, born in Idabel, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 8, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Odell and Lucy Meadows (Madea); her siblings, Verdia M. Hughes (Momma Tip), W. T. Meadows, Effie Williams, James Meadows (Poochie), Lutrenia Tennison (Tootah), Odell Meadows, Jr., Betty Ogbolu and Roscoe Meadows; her husband R. L. Hunnicutt, I; her children, Mark Hunnicutt and Traci Hunnicutt; and her granddaughter Kamryn Faith Shade.
She is survived by: her daughters, Silvia Gardner (Steve) of Gastonia, NC and Doris Thomas; and her sister Sally Jones (TJ). She is also survived by twenty grandchildren, six great grandchildren.
