He is survived by: his parents, Jay Alan (Christy) of Hollis and Cynthia Carol Gollihugh Derr of Wellington; his siblings, Nick Derr (Mari) of Wellington and Elizabeth Whorton; his stepsiblings, Jessie Luna, Josh Luna and Danielle Luna of Hollis; and his grandparents, Larry, Helen Gollihugh of Wellington and Susan Derr of Allentown, PA. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family suggests that memorials be made to EMS or FIRE in Hollis, Altus, or Lawton.
