It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Karon Tate of Wellington, Texas, who passed away on January 7, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, W. R. "Buck" Breeding and Mary Etta Kincannon Breeding; and her brothers, Walter Dee and Laron Breeding. She is survived by: her husband Rudy of Wellington; her sons, Lynn Tate (Sondra) of Amarillo and Stan Tate (LaVon) of Abra; and her grandchildren, Vanda Glover (Greg), Karah Kellam (Jay), Travis Tate (Lindsay Stroop), Justana Tate (Tyler Schilling) and Kater Tate. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.

The family suggests that memorials be made to the Collingsworth Museum.
