She is survived by: her spouse Blair; her daughter Cartha Haworth of Spring Branch, TX; and her grandchildren, Lesli Quint of Anchorage, AK and Dane Haworth (Patti) of Fayetteville, NC. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
