He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Manuel and Wanda Minatrea Manuel. He is survived by: his wife Genarah Welch of Wellington; his daughters, April Wright (Larry) of Dozier and Allison McClure (Jeremy) of Amarillo; his grandsons, Weston Wright, Trenton Wright, Thayne McClure and Sloan McClure; and his siblings, Terry Manuel (Diane) of Wellington and Kathy Bowen of Amarillo.

The family suggests that memorials be made to H.U.G.S. or the Church of the Nazarene.
