It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Blacksher (Wellington, Texas), who passed away on January 11, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Saunna Martin; his daughters, Jodi Lynn Tarver (Dale) of Guthrie and Hattie Jo Sanderson (Don) of Wellington; his siblings, Billy Blacksher (Brenda) of Hereford, Irene Farris (Harold) of Valiant, OK and Edith Larkin (Mike) of DePort, TX; his grandchildren, Ashley Lorance (Landon) of Guthrie, Sadie Grindstaff (Mason) of Guthrie, Samantha Sanderson (Bo Bohannon) of Wellington, Candace Tarver (Seth) of Amarillo and Calvin Tate Sanderson (Trinity) of Wellington; and his great grandchildren, Harper of Guthrie, Hadley of Guthrie, Hunter of Guthrie, Hannah Lorance of Guthrie and Hayden Grindstaff of Guthrie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
The family suggests that memorials be made to HUGS or Wellington EMS.
