She was predeceased by: her sisters, Roberta Clay and Cleta Clay Long; and her daughter Marita Colson Burton. She is survived by: her son Billy Jack (Janice) of Childress; her siblings, Inois Colson (Ronnie) of Murphreesboro, TN, Rita Maxwell (Ernest) of Claremore, OK and Herb Clay of Wellington; her son-in-law Danny Burton; and her grandsons, James Burton of Slaton and Daniel Burton of Austin. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and a number of nieces and nephews.

The family suggests that memorials be made to the American Kidney Foundation.
