She was predeceased by: her parents, Louise Taylor and Buel Taylor; and her sister Stacey Pound (Scott Hamm). She is survived by: her husband Scott Hamm; her children, Shane, Sarah and TyScott; and her sibling Karan Armstrong (David) of Poetry.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions in Frances's honor be directed to The Friends of the Lubbock Library.
