He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Maxwell and Jane Carter Maxwell. He is survived by: his wife Donna Jo Isaacs; his sons, Tony Maxwell (Suzanne) and Tim Maxwell (Debora); his grandchildren, Jason Maxwell (Sasha), Kelli Killian (Vance), Samantha Maxwell (Paige), Carli Maxwell (Gunter Pennington) and Reagan Maxwell; his great grandchildren, Kylin Killian, Antwan Bassett and Ryker Killian; his great great grandchild Nakiyah Bassett; and his sisters, Lynda Norman and Karen Holton.

The family suggests that memorials be made to the Wellington Cemetery Association, P.O. 321, Wellington, TX 79095.
