He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Moore and Colvin Adams Moore. He is survived by: his wife Linda Wade of Wellington; his daughter Melissa Moore Simmerman (Terry) of Scottsbluff, NE; his brother Harold Wayne Moore (Ladonna) of Wellington; and his grandchildren, Ryan of Scottsbluff, Tyler of Scottsbluff and MeKayla Simmerman of Scottsbluff.

The family suggests memorials be made to the First Baptist Church of Wellington.
