He was predeceased by: his parent Gene Hendon; and his brother-in-law Rodney Bearden. He is survived by: his mother Norma Jean Hendon (Armbruster) of Lamesa; his wife Sharon Hendon of Welch; his children, Kristi Culp (Randy) and Brent Hendon (Bralie); his sister Anna Bearden of Brownfield; and his grandchildren, Taylor Culp, Kelley Culp, Clayton Culp and Graham Hendon.
