He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvy Frank Baty and Juanita Clovis Baty (Henley); his brother James Doyle Baty; and his granddaughter Toya Hogg. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Baty of Welch; his children, Phyllis Baty of Lamesa, Danny Baty of Lamesa and Brent Baty (Shelley) of Shiloh, Illinois; his brother William Roy Baty (Cindy) of Brownwood; and his sister-in-law Deborah Baty of Midland. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and twelve great grandchildren.
