He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clifford Richmond and Helen Richmond; his wife Joan; his children, Cynthia Richmond, Janice Valdez (Ed), Peggy Richmond and Michael Richmond (Denyse); and his stepchildren, Robert Ryan (Angela), Cathy Ryan, Deborah Samuelson (Martin), Robin Beatty (Mark) and Alan McCombs.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to be made to the Weir Volunteer Fire Department.
