He was predeceased by: his parents, Josef P Mensik and Matilda Mensik (Charbula); and his siblings, Elizabeth, Mary, Annie, Emil, John, Albert and Cyril.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Berger; his children, Dianne Martinez (Noah), Linda Wagner (Mike), Gary Mensik (Sharon) and Mark Mensik; his grandchildren, Chad Wagner (Casey), Dustin Wagner (Holly), Lena Leemhuis (Jacob), Emily Roseberry (Ryan), Joshua Martinez (Andrea) and Alexis Perez (Eladio); and his great grandchildren, Brady, Ryder, Landon, Nora, Anderson, Ethan, Sawyer, Hudson, Naomi and Addison.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to either St. Michael's Church or St. Michael's School.
