She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Dusek and Sylvia Dusek; and her siblings-in-law, Bennie, Mary Addicks, Mark Henneke and Rita Addicks.
She is survived by: her husband Lawrence Addicks; her brother Emil Joe; her sister-in-law Dana Dusek of Katy; her sister Judi Dusek Henneke of Schulenburg; her brother-in-law Franklin Addicks of Weimar; and her nieces and nephews, Katie Dusek Simonson, Karen Dusek Berlanga (Frank), Kristopher Dusek (Misti) and Justin Henneke. She is also survived by eight great nieces and nephews and one great, great nephew and numerous cousins and friends.
