She is survived by: her husband Leroy James Polk of Weimar; her children, Pam Pfile (Bryan) of Katy, Texas, Michael Polk (Charlotte) of Bellville, Texas and Mary Duty (Wade) of Weimar, Texas; her sister Loretta Kacal of Beasley, Texas; her sister-in-law Bobbie Lemke of Muldoon, Texas; and her grandchildren, Justin Pfile (Jessica) of Katy, Texas, Katy Dunn (Chris) of Katy, Texas, Tanner Bratton of Bellville, Texas, Cash Duty of Weimar, Texas, Cole Duty of Weimar, Texas, Lily Polk of Bellville, Texas and Evie Polk of Bellville. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
