He was predeceased by: his parents, William Roger Hayes and Mildred Margret Hayes; and his siblings, Necia Myers and Roger William Hayes. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Brezina; his daughter Amber; his son-in-law Greg; his grandchildren, Sarah and Colton; and his sister Marilyn. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
