He was predeceased by: his brothers, Matthew B. Provenzano and Ross V. Provenzano. He is survived by: his wife Martha Jane Sanders Provenzano of Weimar; his daughters, Deborah L. Blue of Spring and Lori D. Provenzano of Houston; his grandchildren, Johnathon B. Nunley, Daniel A. Nunley, Kris C. Jones and Misty Skye Blue; his siblings, Anthony Provenzano (Sandra) of Sugarland and Linda Jean Marino (Bernard) of Missouri City; and his sister-in-law Verna Poole (Larry Poole) of Huntsville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
