He was predeceased by: his parents, Houston T. Phillips, Sr. and Helen Roberson Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his son Jason T. Phillips (Joyce); his grandchildren, Justin Phillips and Jaycee Phillips; and his siblings, JoAnne Vaccaro, Cindy Odum, Wanda Stewart, Larry Phillips and Gene Phillips.
