He is survived by: his siblings, Fred Persons (Michelle) and Debbie Simmons-Davis; his children, Shannon Cook (Ashley) and Preston Persons (Julie); his grandchildren, Ian Jones, Conner Jones, Chase Jones, Jospeh Jones, Emily Persons and Preston Grant Persons; and his brother Johnny Teague. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
