She is survived by: her son Jerome Eugene (Darlene); her grandchildren, Tania Marie, Stacy Lynn, Jason Joseph, Tamara Ann and Amanda Ann; her child Shirley Ulrich (Gary); her daughter-in-law Marie Hayek; and her great grandchildren, Tania Hayek Giardina (Matt), Stacy Hayek Heger (Jimmy), Jason Ulrich (Connie), Tamara Hayek Hernandez (BJ) and Amanda Fuchs (David).
