He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Herzik and Francis Herzik (Evelyn); his sisters, Dorothy Kolek and Rose Listvan; his daughter Karen Herzik; and his great grandchild Wesson Eaves.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Herzik (Sue); his sons, Mark and Jeffrey Herzik; his sister Julie Matus (Wesley); his siblings-in-law, Jake Listvan, Jean Wright and Beverly Leonard (James); his grandchildren, Mark Anthony Herzik (Kristen), Amanda Osborn (Ryan), Anna Herzik, Adriane Estes, Melissa Young, Jordan Eaves (Jake) and Garrett Herzik (Lauren); and his great grandchildren, Aden, Alison Herzik, Emerson Osborn, Layla Estes, Cameron, Jace, Farrah Young and Rylee Eaves.
