Billy Joe touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe Briscoe and Agatha Briscoe (Frybert); and his brother Charles Briscoe (Margaret). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Dettling; his children, Corey Briscoe (Briana) of Loganville, GA, Tyson Briscoe (Laura) of Spring, TX and Hannah Pilat (Brentyn) of Alleyton, TX; his grandchildren, Ryan Briscoe, Matthew Briscoe, Dylan Briscoe, Darriona Briscoe, Jacic Briscoe, Samaya Briscoe, Stella Briscoe, Kaden Pilat, Parker Pilat, Brynn Pilat and Preston Pilat; and his brother Frank Briscoe (Teresa) of Alleyton, TX.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A rosary was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Henneke Funeral Home (1515 Montezuma St, Columbus, TX 78934). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Michael Catholic Church.
