She was predeceased by: her parents, Josef P. Mensik and Mathilda Charbula Mensik; and her siblings, Emil, John, Albert (Beatrice), Cyril (Lorene), Mary (Arnold) and Elizabeth.
She is survived by: her brother Theodore Mensik (Dorothy) of Weimar; and her nieces and nephews, James Mensik (Janet), Judy Dusek (Gary), Dianne Martinez (Noah), Linda Wagner (Mike), Gary Mensik (Sharon), Mark Mensik, David Mensik, Donald Mensik (Roseanna), Deborah Sorge (Robert), Michael Mensik (Gail) and Michele Jankowski. She is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews and friends.
